Shake the container containing the glue thoroughly before use. Spray an appropriate amount of glue onto the dust-free MDF pieces with a 2-1/8mm nozzle. In order to get the best adhesion, spraying should be done twice in machined and tooled areas. Keep in mind that the time interval between spraying times should be about 1-3 minutes. The amount of glue needed for each part varies according to the quality of the MDF and the area of the tooled areas on it. This value should be at least 50-60 grams per square meter for two-dimensional surfaces and 90-100 grams per cubic meter for three-dimensional surfaces. The optimal time for drying the MDF surface is 15 minutes at an ambient temperature between 20-30 degrees Celsius. The glue is activated at a temperature of 50-60 degrees Celsius and this is the temperature of the surface of the MDF parts, the temperature of the display of the device should be adjusted according to the thickness of the coatings and the distance of the heating elements of the device. It is recommended that all equipment in contact with the adhesive be made of high quality stainless steel or non-reactive plastics such as Teflon, Polypropylene and Polyamide.
