BIOCLEAN-331 Masonry Cleaner dissolves more efflorescence than Muriatic and Phosphoric acids that are commonly used for remove efflorescence.

Processing:
BIOCLEAN-331 cleaner provides a user and environmentally friendly way to clean concrete, brick, and masonry. It works quickly. Use outdoor or indoors. Pre-Cleaning: If necessary, power wash surface to be cleaned using a commercial grade pressure washer, degreaser and surface cleaner to remove oil and debris. Apply cleaner to affected areas using a sprayer or a brush. Allow the cleaner to react and break down mineral deposits. While still wet, re-spray and scrub heavy deposits. Rinse treated surfaces with pressure washer. Add water to treated surfaces to dilute and remove the cleaner.
Storage:
Two-year shelf life when stored in cool and dry place in closed containers at a temperature of -5−35 °C.
