Applications:
NFS-104 is widely applicable on porous construction materials like normal and reinforced concrete, brick, natural stones, plaster, wood, and thatched surface.
Processing:
- Deposition method of this coating on various surfaces is by using sprayers, brushes and rollers. The coating method of this product is single-step, quite simple, easy, economical and practical.
- Before coating, any grease and dust must be cleaned from the surface, then the surface need to be dried completely.
- Old and flaky paint (if any) must be removed from the surface through sanding before coating the surface.
- Agitate or stir the bucket or drum before using.
- Diluting solvent: Water
- Dilution ratio: Dilute NFS-104 in a ratio of 1:3 with water.
- Water should be added slowly to the solution while stirring. It should not be mixed with a strong stirrer. Then, it is ready to spray or apply by a brush.
- Note: When using a brush or sprayer, make sure that the surface is completely saturated.
It is necessary to repeat the coating after about 20 minutes.
Storage:
2-year shelf life when stored in cool and dry place in closed containers at a temperature of 5-35 °C.
